Who Owns the Federal Reserve

Who really owns the Federal Reserve? If you really want to understand what's happening in Occupy Wall Street, you first have to understand our Banking system and the Federal Reserve role. Firstly The Federal is not a government agency as the name suggest. It represents commercial banking interest that is controlled by a very small group of families most of whom are from Europe. This are the same people controlling banking cartels throughout the world. It is them who is to blame for the current economic situation. Unemployment is at a record high in many parts of the world, stock markets plunging at a all time low, currencies throughout the world on a decline. This is what Occupy Wall Street is about and other protest around the world. All we want is to END THE FED.
