'NATO war machine responsible for global violence'

NATO summit in Chicago yesterday was welcomed by a mass peaceful demonstration. Americans blaming NATO for all the war crimes throughout the world and showing their lack of confidence in NATO's global role. Though the demonstration started out peacefully it ended with many of the protesters being hit and arrested by the riot police. The ending scene was terrible as there was people bleeding and injured everywhere. The Police are usually the pawns in this types of situation using violence to disperse the crowd after receiving orders from their superior. Their superior who probably received his orders from even a higher superior, I am not going to guess where the orders came from whoever it was he was purposely harming his fellow Americans but guess what this will just create a bigger outrage, the US govt is already prepared with detention camps nationwide and new laws making it possible to arrest them on terrorism chargers and there is also a new law called prolonged detention. Somewhat the American govt knows what lies ahead for them but are we "the people" prepared for it?
