Saif al-Islam Gaddafi's parading Tripoli!

Here is a video of Saif Al Islam Gaddafi who is Col Gaddafi's son. He is parading Tripoli and it seems that they are winning against the rebels which is supported by NATO. Guardian article. dated 23rd August 2011.
